Entry Fees

$10.00 per child plus gate admission

Registration: 

By mail--Mailed entries must be postmarked July 18th.  Address all entries to Yvonne Haight, c/o Baby Contest, P.O. Box 254, Milford, Ohio  45150.  No phone entries and no entries without payment.  All mailed entries must be check or money order. 

In person--Cash, check, or money order (no credit cards).  Bring entries to Fair Board Office up to day of contest.  On the day of the contest, entries will be taken in the Multi-Purpose Building.   Report to Multi-Purpose Building at scheduled time: 

 Classes 1 & 2 Pick up packet at 1:30 p.m. Contest at 2:00 p.m. 
 Classes 3 & 4 Pick up packet at 4:30 p.m. Contest at 5:00 p.m. 
 Classes 5 - 8 Pick up packet at 7:30 p.m.

Contest at 8:00 p.m.

#1:  0-11 month girls # 3: 12-23 month girls  # 5: 2-3 year girls  # 7: 4-5 year girls
# 2:  0-11 month boys # 4: 12-23 month boys  # 6:  2-3 year boys # 8: 4-5 year boys

Judging for Mini Baby Queen and Mini Baby King of the Clermont County Fair

Judging for Baby Queen and Baby King of the Clermont County Fair

 

  • Judges are experienced in judging baby shows.
  • Babies will be judged on Beauty, Personality, and Overall Appearance.
  • Birthdays as of the day of the Baby Show will pertain in each age division.
  • Prizes:  Trophies, Banners, Ribbons, and Crowns.  All participants will receive a participation ribbon.
  • No baby strollers allowed in the building during the event.
  • No family member associated with the Baby Show may enter.
  • We are not responsible for any videos or pictures taken.
  • Entry fees will not be returned.
  • $30 charge for any returned checks.  Make checks payable to CCAS - Please make sure the check will clear.
  • Winner of classes 1 & 2 will stay to compete for Mini Baby King and Queen after classes 3 & 4.
  • First place winners of each age division will be eligible to competing for the Clermont County Fair Baby Queen and King for the Fair.
  • The winners in each division will be judged for the Baby Queen and King of the 2008 Clermont County Fair.  The highest scoring baby will be the winner.
