3 p.m. to 7 p.m. 4-H Project/Flower Display check-in, 4-H Hall

Friday, July 21

10 a.m. to 7 p.m. 4-H Project check-in, 4-H Hall

3 p.m. to 9 p.m. 4-H Hall set up. Barns, stalls and pens may be set up

6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Beef cattle arrive, weigh-in

6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Dairy cattle arrive

6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Goats arrive, weigh-in

6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sheep arrive, weigh-in

Saturday, July 22

7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Market chickens and turkeys arrive

9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Exhibition (fancy) poultry arrive

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Exhibition rabbits, breeding and meat pen rabbits arrive

1 p.m. to 2 p.m. 4-H Style Revuew, Multi-Purpose Building

2 p.m. to 4 p.m. 4-H Winners Circle, Multi-Purpose Building

6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Hogs arrive, weigh-in

Sunday, July 23

Midnight All livestock in place

10 a.m. Horses begin to arrive

1 p.m. Fair parade begins

3 p.m. Clermont County Dog Demonstration, Holman Livestock Complex

5 p.m. Fair Royalty Contest, Multi-Purpose Building

7 p.m. Clermont County Born and Raised Cattle Show sponsored by the Clermont County Cattlemen’s Association, Holman Livestock Complex

Monday, July 24

7 a.m. All horses must be in place

9 a.m. All dairy milkers must be in place

9 a.m. Dressage Horse Show, Horse Arena

9 a.m. Sheep Showmanship; the County Born and Raised Market Lamb Show starts 10 minutes after showmanship; followed by the Breeding Ewes and Market Lambs, New Arena

9:30 a.m. Communications Contests, 4-H Hall

10 a.m. Dairy Showmanship, Gibbons Arena

10 a.m. Market Poultry Show and Showmanship, Poultry Barn, meat chickens and meat turkeys

2 p.m. Market Goat Showmanship, New Arena

4 p.m. Communications Contests awards presentations, 4-H Hall

5 p.m. Market/Meat Breeding Goat Show, Holman Livestock Complex

7 p.m. Dairy Cattle Show, Gibbons Arena

Tuesday, July 25

9 a.m. Cat Show followed by Small Animal Show and then the Pet Rabbit Show, Multi-Purpose Building

9 a.m. Clermont County Born & Raised Goat Show sponsored by the Clermont County Meat Goat Association, Gibbons Arena

9 a.m. Jumping Horse Show, Horse Arena

10 a.m. Poultry Show, Poultry Barn, showmanship followed by breeding show (chickens, bantam and then standard, turkey, duck, goose)

10 a.m. to noon Cloverbud Show and Tell, 4-H Hall

1 p.m. Cloverbud Recognition Program, 4-H Hall

2 p.m. Cloverbud Pet Parade, Holman Livestock Complex

6 p.m. Swine Show, Holman Livestock Complex

Wednesday, July 26

9 a.m. Dairy Goat and Fiber Animal Shows, Showmanship, Holman Livestock Complex

9 a.m. English Horse Show, Horse Arena

1 p.m. Beef Showmanship, Gibbons Arena

3 p.m. Commodity Carnival

6 p.m. Beef Show, Cattle Arena in the following order: Breeding Heifers, Dairy Feeder Calves, Feeder Calves Steers, Feeder Calves Heifers, Market Steers, Market Heifers Steers

Thursday, July 27

8 a.m. Swine Showmanship, New Arena; immediately following showmanship, the Clermont County Board and Raised Hog Show will take place, sponsored by the Clermont County Pork Producers

8 a.m. Rabbit Show followed by Rabbit Showmanship and Exhibition Rabbits, Rabbit Barn

9 a.m. Western Horse Show, Horse Arena

9 a.m. Bake-It Contest, Multi-Purpose Building

3 p.m. Fruit/Veggie Car Derby, 4-H Hall

4 p.m. Bake-It Contest Awards Presentation, Multi-Purpose Building

7 p.m. Outstanding Exhibitor and Skill-a- Thon Awards Ceremony,Cattle Arena

8 p.m. Fun Rodeo, Cattle Arena

Friday, July 28

8 a.m. Pygmy Goat Showmanship, Pygmy Goat Show, New Arena

9 a.m. Performance Horse Show, Horse Arena

10 a.m. Livestock Sale, Multi-Purpose Building, in the following order: Poultry, rabbits, hogs

10a.m. Pack Show, New Arena. Exhibitors can sign up for a show time that does not interfere with sale.

3 p.m. Fruit/Veggie Car Derby, 4-H Hall

4 p.m. Showman of Showmen Contest, Horse, New and Cattle Arenas

4:30 p.m. Club Flower Container Contest awards presentation, 4-H Hall

8 p.m. Junior Fair Dance, Horse Arena

Saturday, July 29

10 a.m. Livestock Sale, Multi-Purpose Building in the following order: Lambs, goats, dairy, market steers, feeder calves, market beef

8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Remove projects from the 4-H Hall

8 p.m. Livestock released
