Many organizations rent our facilities for events such as concerts, car shows, auctions, etc.  The buildings and grounds can also be rented for private events such as dances, wedding receptions, banquets, parties, horse shows (to name a few) as well as winter storage for boats and RVs. If you are planning an event, consider holding it on the fairgrounds.  Only eight miles from I-275, the fairgrounds is easy to find and offers plenty of convenient parking for your guests. There are several buildings of various sizes available, as well as the horse arena and/or the entire fairgrounds.  From small events to large — private or public, we are confident that we can meet your needs.  For more information, including prices and availability, call 513.732.0522.
 

Multi-Purpose Building

This is our largest facility ? offering 6000 square feet plus a large kitchen (30? x 29?). It has both heating and air conditioning so your guests will always be comfortable.  The main room will hold 450 people with chairs only (for a seminar, auction, or concert) and 300 people seated at round tables plus a slightly raised dance floor in the middle (such as could be used for a wedding reception.)  Each round table will seat eight people.   In addition to the tables and chairs, also included are lattice backdrops, special lighting, a stage, and a soft drink package. The rental fee includes set up of hall to your specifications, and the clean-up.  Best of all ? you are able to gain access to the building the day before to decorate, etc.  For more information, including prices and availability, call 513.732.0522.  There is also an open pavilion near the multi-purpose building which would be perfect for wedding ceremonies.  Ask about a combination wedding-reception price for renting both.

4-H Hall

This heated and air conditioned hall is located in the rear of the Ag. Center. It has 4,599 square feet of space and holds 300 people with a dance floor and 330 without. A kitchen is available for your use. The rental fee includes cleaning and set up of hall (to your specifications). Also included is the use of our tables and chairs at no extra cost. Best of all, as in the multi-purpose building, you are able to gain access to the building the day before to decorate, etc. For more information, including prices and availability, call 513.732.0522.

Commercial Building

Our commercial building has 6,000 square feet and has a center divider which allows for booths to be set up if needed. The building is heated in the winter and ceiling fans for use in the summer. It is available for rent after the second Saturday in April until the third weekend in October. GREAT SPACE FOR AUCTIONS AND CRAFT SHOWS–BUT NOT WEDDING RECEPTIONS. Floral Hall

This smaller hall is located in the rear of the Fair Board Office. It is 1,824 square feet and has heat and is equipped with ceiling fans. It will hold 150 people. Suitable for small craft shows, land auctions, or other small auctions but not wedding receptions. For more information, including prices and availability, call 513.732.0522. Horse Arena

The horse arena has a 200′ x 110′ show ring and a 100′ x 80′ make up ring. Bleachers, a small food booth, and 58 stalls are available for your convenience. For more information, including prices and availability, call 513.732.0522.

Boat and Camper Storage

We store boats, campers, etc. starting the first Saturday in November until the second Saturday in April. Cost is determined by length of item to be stored.
